To gain a true appreciation of Bermuda’s rich culture and history get out and about and explore what the island has to offer. Despite its small size the island has an unending list of attractions to cater for all tastes. Museums & historic buildings, art galleries & studios, parks & nature reserves, and of course beaches; Bermuda has them all.
Getting around is easy. Rent a scooter, hire a taxi or take a bus or ferry. Bermuda is only 21 square miles in area so getting lost shouldn’t be a concern. Your only problem may be finding time to fit everything in.

Feb 28, Fort closed for repairs until summer
Fort St Catherine will close this weekend for repairs and improvements. It is expected to reopen in mid-June.
Jan 18, Museum closed for upgrades
The Bermuda Historical Society Museum has closed for upgrades and will reopen in March. The existing collection will be enhanced by new exhibits that reflect the history of all segments of Bermudian society. The museum has been criticised in the past for focusing on the history of the island’s white population.
Nov 7, National Trust gets new director
The Bermuda National Trust has a new leader. Bermudian Jennifer Gray will take over the role of Executive Director in January next year. She replaces Derrick Morris who resigned in October after just 9 months in charge.
