Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art
The Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art was opened in 2008 by the Masterworks Foundation, a local non-profit organisation that had been building a collection for more than 20 years.
It is the island’s first purpose built museum and boasts a collection of more than 1,200 pieces of art, all connected in some way to Bermuda. It includes works by artists such as Henry Moore, Georgia O’Keefe, and Winslow Homer. Works on display are rotated every 6 months.
Masterworks is situated in the Bermuda Botanical Gardens in Paget Parish, just a short drive from Hamilton. The gallery is open Monday – Saturday 10 am – 4 pm (closed public holidays).
Entry is $5 (free for members and children under 12). The museum offers full disabled access.
