Artist Richard Fell’s creative window displays have been drawing customers into AS Cooper’s Front Street department store for over 10 years now. Once inside they are usually not disappointed.
The ground floor sells Bermuda-inspired products. The wide range includes an exclusive Waterford Crystal tray featuring a map of Bermuda, glass from Dockyard Glassworks, Outerbridge’s sauces, Bermuda books, hand-crafted jewellery by local designer Heidi Augustinovic and Wedgwood trays with images of moongates and longtails. Also on sale are Cat's Meow collectables; cute wooden models of Bermuda's most famous buildings and storefronts (Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, Swizzle Inn etc.).
Established in 1897 AS Cooper & Sons features the china and crystal of some of the most prestigious manufacturers in the world. Royal Doulton, Swarovski, Lladro, Waterford Crystal, Kosta Boda, James Sadler, Belleek and Villeroy & Boch are some of the brands found here. Cooper’s guarantee their prices are substantially lower than in the US.

Their ladies' department has collections by well-known fashion designers such as Ralph Lauren, IZOD, Liz Claiborne, Jones New York and Kasper. Cooper’s also boasts an extensive perfume department which stocks well known brands at duty-free prices including Dior, Bvlgari, Lolita Lempicka and Yves St Laurent. Elsewhere in the store shoppers can find children’s clothes, household items and jewellery from prestigious manufacturers such as Lalique.
Their Cafe on the Terrace serves soups, salads, sandwiches and wine with breathtaking views of Hamilton Harbour and Front Street.
