Total Software Solutions Limited (TSS) is a full service computerized application support company based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Originally RE Systems Group (Bermuda) Ltd. and Software and Accounting Services, Ltd., TSS was formed to consolidate the capabilities of both of these firms with the goal of creating a single entity that could continue over fifteen year’s of customer support with Bermudian employees.
TSS provides Computer Applications Consulting, Administration, Customized Computer Solutions and Computer Applications Installation Support.
TSS specializes in Insurance / Re-Insurance Processing Systems; Corporate Secretarial, Trust, and Captive Insurance Management Systems; Legal Time and Matter Billing Systems; and multi-user Bermuda based Commercial Retail, Wholesale, and Construction Cost Management Systems.
TSS offers on-island installation, customized programming, user training, post installation support and computer vendor ombudsman services on a 24 hour, 7 days a week, basis. Their consultants, analysts, and support staff are available to their maintenance clients at all times.
Relationships with business partners and industry leaders are carefully maintained, which in turn provides the opportunity to better serve clients’ needs. Their value-added arrangements with the overseas developers of the quality applications that they support provide additional client peace of mind. These vendors provide an additional level of support to their dedicated Bermudian team of programmers and analysts.
