Park Hyatt Bermuda
In December 2008 Global Hyatt Corporation signed a management agreement with developers Bazarian International to operate the Park Hyatt Bermuda hotel.
Work on the $294 million 5-star hotel is scheduled to begin in 2009 with completion due in 2012.
The 30-acre property will include a 100-room hotel, 111 Park Hyatt Residences, and 30 Hyatt fractional ownership units. It will be situated in St George’s Parish on the site of the former Club Med/Holiday Inn.
Other features planned are 4 restaurants, a spa and fitness centre, private beach club, 2 swimming pools, and an 18-hole golf course designed by Nick Faldo.
