Barracuda Grill
Those of you who have been to Bermuda a long time ago may remember this restaurant as the Fisherman’s Reef. In 2002, after a major redesign by interior designer Robert Clark of Seattle, it reopened as the Barracuda Grill. It subsequently won Best New Restaurant in the Best of Bermuda Awards. This seafood restaurant has an upmarket contemporary look with numerous booths separated by etched glass partitions. Designer lamps hang from the ceiling, bringing out the gentle tones of the mahogany furnishings.
Before dinner, patrons can enjoy a range of interesting cocktails such as the Bermuda Bellini at one of the most innovative bars in Hamilton. It has an amber coloured resin top, lit from beneath to provide an ambient glow. A good selection of around 20 wines is also available by the glass.
Generous portions of seafood such as Grilled Wild Pacific Salmon and Oven Roasted Seabass dominate the menu. Stray carnivores can choose from dishes such as Classic Aged New York Strip and Grilled Buffalo Rib Eye .
After an evening of fine dining you can pop downstairs and join the fun in the Hog Penny Pub.

I didn't complain at the time, as I was someone's guest.
For $35, plus 15%, I was served
1/2 glass of cheap Merlot, an appetizer consisting of four(4) 1"x1" corn chips with yesterday's tuna salad dolloped on top, a 4-6oz main course of pasta that had a half of a mushroom diced onto it, and a cup of instant pudding for desert. Waitress was pleasant, but could hardly contain her comments when we ordered.
It's true... you CAN make money during a recession this way. Once. But only once from me.
This meal was a serious RIP OFF.
