Harley's
Located at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess, Harley’s offers a couple of dining options; indoors in a bright and airy setting, or al fresco on the Terrace with its spectacular views of Hamilton Harbour.
The restaurant is famed for its dry aged beef that is flown into the island daily but other offerings are equally tempting. To start we recommend the Jonah Crab Cakes with Season’s Greens served in a spicy yoghurt and dill sauce. For a main try the Roasted Lamb Rack with Mustard Crust or for a taste of island cooking, the Bermuda Fish Stew.
Harley’s also serves breakfast daily, with omelettes cooked to order, and on Sundays is the setting for the hotel’s famous brunch.
