Catering
Food and drink are key elements of any wedding reception. If your reception is at a hotel or restaurant they will obviously be able to take care of the catering, otherwise you will need to hire a caterer.
Do you want just hors d’oeuvres, a buffet, or a 5-course, sit-down dinner? How many of your guests are vegetarian? Should the cuisine be Bermudian, ethnic, or would you like the caterer to prepare your favourite recipes? If the venue is outside, can the caterer supply tents, chairs and tables or will you need to arrange these yourself through local companies like Bermuda Rentals Ltd or Island Rentals?
Do you want alcohol at the reception? Will the venue allow you to supply your own?
