Clairfont Apartments offers budget accommodation within walking distance of some Bermuda’s finest beaches. It’s situated in a quiet residential area in Warwick, just across the road from the pink sands of Warwick Long Bay.
8 spacious units are available; 2 studios and 6 one-bedroom apartments. Guests can choose from either a studio or an apartment with separate living room. Whatever your decision your accommodation will come with kitchen equipped with basic appliances, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, wireless internet access, and a TV with a good selection of cable channels. All units have either a balcony or patio with table and chairs. Daily maid service is included.

If you don’t fancy the short walk to the beach Clairfont has a small freshwater pool with sun terrace and lounge chairs. Because of the limited number of guests who stay here it’s almost certain that it won’t be crowded.
Warwick Long Bay is one of the most beautiful (and least busy) beaches in Bermuda. It’s just a few hundred yards from the apartments. There’s also a pretty good children’s adventure playground here if you’ve got kids. From Warwick Long Bay you can take a leisurely walk along the beachside path to the famous beach at Horseshoe Bay. On the way you’ll pass Jobson’s Cove, Stonehole Bay and Chaplin Bay. All are great beaches.
Golf players will be pleased to know that the Belmont Hills Golf Club is in the parish. Spicelands Riding Centre and Warwick Pond are also close by.
One of the only drawbacks of Clairfont is the lack of restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Tio Pepe, a Spanish restaurant, is the closest and is around ¾ mile from the property. The Swizzle Inn South Shore is highly recommended and is just over a mile from the apartments.
The nearest supermarkets are Lindo’s Family Foods and the Heron Bay MarketPlace. Neither is particularly close. Management recommends stopping at the Modern Mart to stock up on supplies while en-route from the airport.
Clairfont Apartments are just a stone’s throw from South Road where the number 7 bus can be caught to both Hamilton and Royal Naval Dockyard. Restaurants such as Henry VIII, Mickey’s, the Dining Room, and the Paraquet are also on this bus route.
Clairfont has the best location, cleanliness and safety. It is the best on the island. On bus line for beaches and food and can walk to some beaches.
My family have rented apartments here for years. We were last there in September and as usual, everything was perfect. The Clairfont is in an ideal location. This is not a high-end hotel, but instead, clean, comfortable apartments quite near Warwick Long Bay and not far from Horseshoe Beach.
Just there July 08…Clairfont still very clean and inviting! First time there but won’t be the last!
Excellent choice of accommodation. My husband & I were at the Clairfont June 07 with our 3 teenage daughters. The girls loved it and loved Corrine just as much! We had planned to spend the whole month of November 07 but something came up and we couldn’t. Maybe this year. How about a definite this year!

The rooms here are very big and reasonably priced. Manager Corrine is very helpful.
