Overview

The Enchantment of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean’s six Vision Class ships. She entered serviced in 1997 and was refurbished in 2005.

Her schedule for 2010 includes 5-night cruises to Bermuda (Kings Wharf) from Norfolk and Baltimore.

Dining

The Enchantment of the Seas offers a good choice of dining options. Meals from the main dining room and Windjammer Café are included in the price of the cruise.

  • Chops Grille – Steaks and seafood. Open for dinner 6 pm to 10 pm. Smart casual dress code (except formal evenings). No children under 13. Cover charge (2009 - $25).
  • My Fair Lady Dining Room – 2-tier main dining room.
  • Room Service – 24-hour menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals included in price of cruise, though late night service charge applies.
  • Windjammer Café – Casual restaurant open 24 hours. All meals plus coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea are included in the cruise price. No reservations required. Situated on Deck 9 close to the swimming pools.

Various dinner options are available in the main dining room:

  • My Time Dining – Flexible dining between 6 and 9.30 pm.
  • Traditional Dining – Passengers are assigned a table for the duration of the cruise based on their preferred seating time.
  • My Family Time Dining – Expedited dining service for children aged 3 – 11 registered with Adventure Ocean Youth programme. Children leave early for activities.

On the 5-night cruises to Bermuda there are usually 3 casual nights, 1 smart casual night, and 1 formal dinner.

  • Carousel Lounge – Live music, dancing, and entertainment.
  • Casino Royale – Features 190 slot machines and 12 gaming tables.
