Our Bermuda based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Avaya Engineer within their telephony division.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Avaya telephone systems (IP, PBX and key systems) and voicemail systems.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Avaya ACA, ACS, ACE
• IP Telephony experience and knowledge of the issues that impact voice quality.
• Previous involvement in a sales support role - gathering client requirements, designing configurations and presenting solutions to clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience with project specific consulting including system design, system optimization, project implementation, installation services and project documentation.
