Senior Corporate Lawyer

Our client, a niche Private Practice which specialises in providing expert advice to clients on a range of funds, corporate, M & A, insurance and reinsurance legal matters. The firm are now looking to expand their Corporate practice, by recruiting lawyers to undertake corporate transactional work for their clients. Working in Bermuda, your clients will largely be multinational companies registered in the offshore base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for general corporate lawyers to work in a more specialised market in one of the leading international jurisdictions for insurance and reinsurance law.

Who we’re looking for

• Candidates must be qualified lawyers, from a Common-law jurisdiction.
• You should have gained a strong range of experience in general corporate work. Candidates with corporate insurance/reinsurance experience are especially welcome to apply.
• You should be committed to working in a small team, coaching junior members of staff and helping to grow the firm.
• THIS POSITION WOULD INVOLVE RELOCATION TO BERMUDA
