Job Description:

Our client is seeking managers for their financial services Audit & Advisory Practices in Bermuda. The role will require the management of teams of audit staff to complete audits on insurance and/or investment clients to deadline. The successful candidate must be able to report effectively to partners and display an appropriate level of accounting expertise.

Requirements:

• An internationally recognized accounting designation (ACA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 1-5 years experience in an audit supervisory role.
• Financial services experience and specifically insurance and investments.
• Proven ability to present at partner and board level.
• Knowledge of UK/US/Canadian GAAP and IFRS.
• An understanding of the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• The successful candidate must have a flexible attitude to working hours and travel.
• Familiarity with audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
