An exceptional job opening has arisen in the Bermuda underwriting market. Our client, a leading insurance and reinsurance underwriter, is seeking an experienced property underwriter.

Job Description:

Duties include:

• Underwriting property risks for new and existing business
• Liaising with the Claims Department in the event of a claim
• Developing broker relationships
• Management and training of a team

Requirements:

• Degree level education, progress towards a professional qualifications desirable
• A proven track record of property underwriting is essential
• Strong broker relationship skills
• Good communication, marketing, and writing skills
• Computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office
