Internal Auditor

Our client is a leading financial services company headquartered in Bermuda. They have a job vacancy for an Internal Auditor to work within a small audit team. Work will involve planning, organising and carrying out internal audit engagements to ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and relevant regulations.

Job Description:

Duties include:

• Planning, organising, and conducting risk-based financial and operational audits
• Producing quality reports detailing risks and agreed actions
• Documenting systems and procedures
• Liaising with external auditors
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs

Requirements:

• Degree level education
• Qualified accountant or internal auditor
• Knowledge of financial services and Sarbanes-Oxley desirable
• Strong relationship management skills
