Our client is one of Bermuda’s premier consulting firms specializing in the entire field of network and communications services. On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced Nortel certified Telecommunications Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Engineer, design and install Nortel telephony communications networks for new and existing customers
• Maintain, support and manage SLA’s
• Assist in the development and implementation of support strategies and programs
• Provide technical guidance to engineers as required

Required Qualifications:

• Post secondary education and relevant technical certifications
• 5+ years experience as a Telecommunications Engineer (Data, Voice & Wireless systems)
• Working experience of engineering, installing and maintaining Norstar, BCM, Meridian 1 Succession, OTM, and CallPilot
• Working experience of engineering, installing and maintaining Symposium, Baystack, WLAN VoIP and VoIP networks solutions
• In-depth experience with 81 C Voicemail preferred.
