Duties include:

• This position is part of senior management and its role is to manage Quality of all Technical and Infrastructure projects in adherence to QMS Policies & Procedures
• To lead and manage the QA team
• Offer mentoring, training and guidance to the team
• Manage the levels of customer satisfaction
• Training on Project Management with Software Development (Planning, Costing, Risk, etc)
• Establish areas of improvement
• Change Management
• Quality control
• Produce reports and system availability reports per month
• Partner with Project Managers to assist them to comply with Quality Assurance Indicators

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years experience
• QMS (Quality Management system)
• Six sigma
• CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)

Our client is looking for an experienced Operational Risk Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying risks in the Bank’s processes and to recommend solutions to alleviate these risk areas. The candidate must be able to liaise with bank personnel of all levels. Key responsibilities are:-

• Performing risk assessment reports on the bank’s processes
• Work with all Department heads and overseas subsidiaries to ensure the Bank’s Risk Management framework is satisfactory and understand the implications of the impending Basel Capital Accord.

Job Description:
