We are seeking a Senior Fire Alarm Technician or Foreperson on behalf of our client’s staff team in beautiful, low-tax Bermuda. This well established company offers modern systems and professional installation and support services to the commercial, industrial, institutional and residential markets in Bermuda.

Responsibilities will include:
•Perform service, verification and inspection on fire alarm systems
•Install, program and commission stand alone and network fire alarm systems
•Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, system software programs, schematics, and manufacturers’ standards
•Inspect and install equipment to meet all applicable codes (NPFA-70, 72 and 101)

We are seeking as much as possible of the following in a preferred candidate:
•Extensive experience as a Technician within the fire alarm/security industry
•Industry recognized certification (such as NICET, CFAA, fire alarm equipment manufacturers) an asset
•Strong staff supervisory background
•Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bermuda is a low tax environment with 5.25% maximum tax deduction. Relocation assistance (for international candidates), health insurance contributions and other benefits are also offered.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for providing design, programming and installation support in areas including:
•Audio distribution & control
•Video distribution & control
•Executive control systems relating to HVAC, Security, Intercom, CCTV, Access Control, Lighting, and Life Safety Systems

We are seeking as much as possible of the following:
•Extensive industry experience working in a similar role
•Prior experience with LiteTouch Lighting Control, Crestron Control Systems, Lenel Security Systems would be ideal
•Ability to maintain positive customer relations and detailed customer site records
•Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Compensation offered is competitive and commensurate with experience. Bermuda is a low tax environment with 5.25% maximum payroll tax deduction.
