On behalf of their Bermuda office, we are looking to recruit a Program Manager who will assume responsibilities for leading the overall software development process of a next generation online platform.

Qualifications:

- Outstanding academic record from a reputable university (Master or higher degree strongly preferred)
- Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, VB.Net)
- Have experience for at least 2 complete software development cycles, preferably following the agile model
- At least 5 years of professional experience (either as a developer or project manager) in one or more of the following: Backend system development (e.g. database, transaction processing, messaging, multithreaded systems), Web development (e.g. HTML, Javascript, ASP.NET, JSP/servlet, PHP), RIA development (e.g. AJAX, Adobe Flash/Flex/AIR, Silverlight) and/or Web UI/graphics design (e.g. CSS, 2D/3D graphics/animation, typography)

Responsibilities:
- Own the master development schedule and proactively manage risks
- Lead and coordinate the communication between business, technical and operations team
- Lead in translating business to technical requirements,
- Develop processes and tools to facilitate the smooth operation of the technical team
- Manage external relationships (including but not limited to vendors) to ensure a robust delivery of the entire technical system

Software Engineers – Bermuda

Required education and experience:

· HVAC Associates Degree, HVAC Technical School Certification or similar discipline is desirable and must be proficient at precision cooling.
· Two to four years of field service repair and customer service with HVAC and precision cooling equipment.
· Computer literacy with comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; and good working knowledge of AutoCAD. Great Plains and Project Management would be deemed beneficial.
· Absolute competence at utilizing test & diagnostic equipment such as digital voltmeter, AC clamp meter and other electronic test devices.
· Fully adept at reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and theory of operations manuals. Thorough understanding of principles of cooling and strong knowledge of electricity.

Responsibilities:

· Work with a team of professionals to design & coordinate the delivery, installation and commissioning of comprehensive data center solutions including but not limited to such systems as in-row cooling, structured cabling, cable tray support, UPS and NetBotz management systems.
· Perform pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of APC/ MGE products, as well as third party manufactured Precision Cooling equipment.
· Retention and growth of the ‘Data Center Systems Division’ by meeting or exceeding objectives set by your Manager while ensuring quality customer service by adhering to Industry Codes & Standards and constant attention to appropriate safety techniques & practices.
· Complete & deliver administration of all work activities including field service reports, preventive maintenance & startup data sheets, project billing and daily time card completion.
· Provide 24/7 telephone and e-mail support for customers as required.

We are seeking an experienced Cabling Technician to join our client, a premier structured cabling solutions provider in beautiful Bermuda. The successful candidate will join the team as a Lead Cabling Technician and will be expected to perform a range of cabling tasks including:

- Perform site surveys, build telecommunications closets, install grounding infrastructure and cable support system, prepare and terminate station location, perform cable pulling setup, pull horizontal station cable, backbone cable and fiber optic cable/interduct, firestopping, and perform pre-termination functions
- Identify 25 pair color code, fan-out cables in 25 pair cable, and separate binder groups by binder color and tie-off.
- Perform insulation displacement terminations on patch panels and cross-connects.
- Perform horizontal 4 pair work area outlet termination (modular connector), and 2 pair wall phone terminations, copper crimp terminations, optical fiber termination (multimode, ST, SC).
- Perform copper splicing, fiber splicing, copper cable testing (UTP, Coax), optical fiber testing, both copper and optical fiber troubleshooting, identify active circuits and cutovers.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the cabling industry
- Meet the requirements of BICSI Installer Program
- Strong training and relevant education including a strong knowledge of codes and industry standards
- Knowledge of completing shift assignments following BICSI standards and within assigned deadlines
- Ability to mentor and review work completed by junior personnel
- Ability to submit accurate documentation regarding work progress, personal timesheets, processed packaging slips and related documents.

We are seeking a Cisco focused Network Consultant with prior experience in an IT consulting/professional services environment to join our client in Bermuda.

This role requires Cisco certification (such as CCNP, CCSP, CCDP) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. Certification in other relevant areas such as Check Point would be preferable.
