The successful candidate will join the consulting practice, working in a customer-facing role, with duties including:
. Participating in strategic consultations, solutions architecture and assuring recommendations can be implemented in a timely and fiscal manner

We are seeking the following qualifications and experience:
. At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT consultant, with a focus on Microsoft solutions, IT Security, Network Infrastructure, SAN Technologies and CISCO UCS
. Relevant industry certifications in as many as possible of Microsoft Server Solutions, VMWare, Cisco, HP and Compellent solutions (e.g. MCITP, VCP, CCIP)
. Demonstrated knowledge related to the design, implementation and maintenance of server and desktop virtualization solutions (VMWare, Hyper-V, VDI and XenApp)
. Demonstrated strong technical knowledge related to design, implementation and maintenance of the latest releases of MS server solutions including Exchange 2007/10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies
. Strong technical knowledge related to design, implementation and maintenance of data center network infrastructure (FC, FCoE, iSCSI etc.), preferably Cisco MDS or Nexus
. Proven experience with designing and installing blade server and SAN technologies.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

We are seeking an accomplished Application Developer on behalf of an alternative investment management company based on the Island. The successful candidate will enjoy playing a key role in the development and maintenance of leading edge in-house trading, risk and accounting systems.

This is a demanding position within the company that will suit an industrious and adaptable IT specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in a challenging software development role within a hedge fund, bank or other financial institution.

We are seeking as much as possible of the following in a preferred candidate:

•Four plus years of experience in a software development role in the financial services.
•Demonstrable experience in the development of front and back office systems. Knowledge of trading systems, P&L, pricing and integration of data feeds would be a plus.
•Deep C# development skills – to implement both GUI and server components of in-house systems.
•Strong knowledge in Winform, LINQ and SQL. Experience with WPF, Silverlight, XAML would be of benefit.
•Working knowledge of design patterns / API design and OO architecture.
•Experience with VBA and PHP would be an asset.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
•System and network admin skills in Server 2008, SQL Server, VMware.

A well known supermarket group in Bermuda has several job openings for butchers.
