Bermuda is not tax free but unlike many countries, most of the tax raised is discretionary. Government Payroll Tax, taken from salaries, is 5.75%. Most of the other taxes raised by government are done via indirect taxes on imported goods.
Other deductions from salaries include health insurance and government pension contributions.
