Overview
The Celebrity Summit is one of Celebrity’s four Millennium Class cruise ships.
In 2010 she became first Celebrity ship to visit Bermuda since the Zenith in 2006. In 2012 the majority of sailings to Bermuda will be 7-night cruises departing from New York.

Dining
On 7-night cruises to Bermuda there are 5 smart casual nights and 2 formal nights. Dress code on formal nights is:
- Ladies – Cocktail dress, gown, or dressy pantsuit.
- Men – Tuxedo, suit, or dinner jacket and slacks.
Restaurants on the Celebrity Summit include:
- AquaSpa Café – Healthy food options at the spa.
- Cosmopolitan Restaurant – 2-level main dining room.
- Normandie Restaurant – Fine dining restaurant inspired by legendary French ocean liner, the SS Normandie. Meals prepared/finished tableside.

- Room Service – Complimentary 24-hour room in-stateroom dining.
- Waterfall Café & Grill – Casual dining on the Resort Deck.
Celebrity operates an open seating policy at breakfast and lunch. In the main dining room the main seating for dinner is at 6.15 pm and the late seating at 8.30 pm.
