If you think a small island can’t pack a punch when it comes to the arts scene, you’ve never visited Bermuda. Fuelled to a large extent by patronage from international business and wealthy individuals there’s a diverse range of galleries around the island.
The Bermuda National Gallery in Hamilton houses the national art collection. It’s situated within City Hall in Hamilton. The Bermuda Society of Arts Gallery offers a rolling programme of exhibitions and is located in the same building.
Other major galleries include the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art in the Bermuda Botanical Gardens and the Bermuda Art Centre at Royal Naval Dockyard.
