KS WaterSports are one of Bermuda’s premier providers of water-based activities. From their main base at Royal Naval Dockyard the family-owned business offers jet ski tours, parasailing, and a high speed boat tour.
Jet-Ski Tours
The Jet Ski Adventure lasts 75 minutes and takes participants past beaches, historic sights, and bridges. The tour stops to feed fish at the wreck of the HMS Vixen.
The Jet Ski Hideaway’s Adventure is 10 minutes shorter and slightly cheaper. Participants will see some of the Bermuda’s most exclusive homes, private islands, the Paradise Lakes, and Hamilton Harbour.
The jet skis used are modern Yamaha and Sea Doo’s, capable of speeds of up to 50 mph. Each can accommodate up to 3 persons (weight restrictions apply). The driver needs to be aged 16 and drivers aged less than 21 are required to provide ID. Groups comprise no more than 6 jet-skis.
Parasailing
The company also offers visitors the chance to experience panoramic views of the island while parasailing. Take off from the Thrill Seeker winch boat without even getting wet. Flight time is around 10 minutes per person.
Boat Tours
The WildCat is a high speed catamaran capable of travelling at 55 mph. Up to 54 passengers can be accommodated on comfortable padded seating.
The Round The Island Adventure tour is a high-speed adventure around the entire island. On the 2-hour tour you’ll see the beautiful beaches on the South Shore, the historic town of St George, and the exclusive area of Tucker’s Town.
A longer tour with a 75-minute stop in St George is also offered.
No prior experience is required for any of the tours. All can be booked online at the official KS WaterSports website. Telephone bookings are handled by the Island Tour Centre.
