The National Sports Centre, a sports complex in Devonshire, hosts most of Bermuda’s major sporting events. It features a multi-purpose sports pitch, running track, and a 2,000 person capacity grandstand.
The complex is also home to the National Aquatics Centre. The facility opened in the summer of 2013 and features the island’s only 50 metre swimming pool.
Every November, the centre is the venue for the World Rugby Classic. It has also hosted events such as the 2013 NatWest Island Games.
To get to the National Sports Centre by public transport, take bus number 9 from the Central Terminal in Hamilton.
