Rates
A full list of rates can be found on the Bermuda Post Office’s website.
The current rates for sending a postcard (weighing less than 10 grams) from Bermuda are:
- Zone 1 (US, Canada, Caribbean, Central America, and most countries in South America) – 70 cents
- Zone 2 (UK, Europe) – 80 cents
- Zone 3 (Australia, Asia) – 90 cents
For mail sent within Bermuda the current cost for letters and small parcels is 35 cents for an item of up 20 grams. Each additional 20 grams costs an additional 20 cents.
The postal system in Bermuda is useless. It’s not too bad going out of the country, for postcards etc. But the internal mail is horrendously slow. I frequently get late payment charges etc before the bill actually arrives.
