This annual golf event is the world’s oldest pro-am tournament, attracting teams from all over the globe. It’s played at three of the island’s courses; Port Royal, Mid Ocean, and Tucker’s Point.
The tournament usually attracts over 60 teams from the US, Canada, and Europe. Each consists of one professional and three amateur players. Some of the teams have been coming to the island for decades.
The Bermuda Goodwill Golf Tournament takes place every December when the weather is ideal for golf. In 2019 the event will celebrate its 67th anniversary. The competition starts on December 8 and winds up on December 11.
