Ferries on the Pink Route are aimed at commuters living in Paget and Warwick. They leave Hamilton Ferry Terminal and cross Hamilton Harbour, calling at Salt Kettle, Darrell’s Wharf, and the Belmont Ferry.
Services run every day of the week. No scooters are permitted on this route.
As previously noted, the service is geared towards commuters, although visitors staying at Salt Kettle House, Greenbank Guest House, or the Granaway Guest House will find it helpful for getting to and from Hamilton.
The stops are:
- Hamilton Ferry Terminal
- Salt Kettle Ferry – Convenient for guests staying at Salt Kettle House or the Greenbank Guest House
- Darrell’s Wharf – Adjacent to the Inverurie Executive Suites
- Belmont Ferry – Reasonably close to the Granaway Guest House and Belmont Hills Golf Club
- Hamilton Ferry Terminal
The roundtrip loop takes approximately 30 minutes. The order of stops varies throughout the day because some sailings take a clockwise loop while others take an anti-clockwise loop.
Lower Ferry and Hodsdon’s Ferry are no longer listed as stops on this route.
Visitors wishing to travel elsewhere in Paget or Warwick would be better off getting the bus.
Bus number 7 travels from Hamilton to Dockyard along South Road and is convenient for Dawkins Manor, Coco Reef, Elbow Beach, Astwood Cove, and Warwick Long Bay.
Bus number 8 also travels from Hamilton to Dockyard along Middle Road. It is convenient for Paget Marsh and Lindo’s Family Foods.

Visitors who travel extensively on public transport can buy a transportation pass. These passes allow unlimited rides on buses and ferries.
Books of 15 tickets for the Pink Route ferries are also available. They cost $25.
